Administrative Video Conferencing Service
Administrative Video Conferencing Service is offered through Network Services in an effort to decrease the distance between the borders of the State. Video conferencing has received strong and continued support as a mechanism to be used to conduct frequent meetings between physically distant cities within the State of Nebraska. Instead of trips which are expensive in terms of lodging, transportation, and non-retrievable time away from the office; participants are assembled in a convenient video room and connected through the use of video cameras and monitors.
This medium also has the capability to be connected to a national network via AT&T's Switched Video service and codex enabled networks. Utilizing these resources allows agencies to participate in National forums while remaining within an hour's drive from their home site.
NEW for NVCN Customer:
We would like to inform you of some changes we will be making in our payment process in the very near future.
Beginning March 14, 2012, we will start using an on-line payment process. This will allow you to provide payment for your videoconference at the time you book the conference. When a reservation is made, and e-mail confirmation will be generated by the system that will allow you to submit your credit card information for payment. Once the payment is processed, a confirmation code will be generated that will be attached to your reservation. This will confirm that your resources have been reserved and that payment has been received. Our policy remains that you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund. Also, if you don’t use the entire time you reserved, please contact us for information regarding our refund policy.
Implementation of this new process will allow us to greatly streamline our payment processing. We hope that this increased efficiency will make it even easier for you to use our services.
We look forward to working with you in the future. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help.
Sincerely,
Nebraska Videoconferencing Network
