Facilitation Services

Description

Facilitation Services provides a neutral person to help agencies conduct a meeting or a series of meetings in a more productive and effective manner. These meetings frequently involve multiple agencies and often focus on strategic management decisions.

Business Value

Agencies can more quickly reach agreement or make decisions, saving time and money. Participants may focus on the content of the issue and leave the process-oriented matters to the facilitator.

Service Cost

One time engagements typically are offered without fee. Multi-session engagement fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis prior to the engagement and will be dependent upon duration or time requirements.
